Yoel Benharrouche
Yoel Benharrouche was born in Beersheva in 1961. At the age of three, his family moved to France, where his formulative years were spent in Nice, studying painting and drawing at Villa Arson. Benharrouche began to form a unique style, creating lyrical and vibrant pictures based in cubism, and influenced by artists such as Picasso, Chagall and Modigliani.
