We invite you to explore the idea that each of these “children” is actually just one of the many facets that make up our individual souls. When are you moved to be the “Upstander” or choose to stand on the side-lines? How do these “children,” present in all of us, motivate your actions or engagement in the world?</span></p>\n<p><span>Jewish World Watch works to educate the unaware, inspire the insulated and provide opportunities for all of us to make a difference in the lives of the survivors of genocide. In Congo, over a decade of war has claimed 5.4 million lives. A brutal campaign of mass rape has destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands of women. These conflicts echo the Jewish experience during the Holocaust, when the world abdicated its responsibility to protect innocent lives. Once the eyes of the Unaware child in us are opened, we are awakened to our responsibility to stay informed.</p>\n<p>Question: Now that you know, what will you do?</p>\n<p>The Unaware child in us asks:</p>\n<p>Really, genocide?
